Hi Guys, please tell me that if by chance, my Windows XP system crashes, will Hiren’s Boot CD (VERSION 9.4) help me ?? How will help me ??
I have a sonicfury card I accidently uninstalled. Now having major issues:
When re-installing drivers from CD, or updated from web I’m told it can’t complete: limited access. Have logged as admin, still nothing. Have used restore points to get over xp totally hanging/not booting. Complete uninstall/reinstall – not registering drivers.
Everytime I uninstall driver or disable in device manager when i log in (when not hanging) i see it still there in DM or add/remove hardware (which I can’t remove it from – only deleting it in DM works, until I reboot & there it is). Have tried new malware scans, pausing firewalls and cool little programs that let me remove/quaratine the driver to stop it trying to complete the install on reboot!
I’m thinking some file is missing, perhaps from my HD that allows this installation/self registering/extraction to complete?

While sharing a folders, it told “An error occured while trying to share.The data is invalid.The share resource was not created at this time.”What is the problem.I give full permission to every one.Please help me

Format unix kubuntu for windows xp installation?
I installed unix kubuntu on pc and would like format hard drive for windows xp. Tried booting xp disk from cd but nnothing happens.The only disk that i can get to boot from cd is kubuntu unix. Help

I have tried various versions of windows managed to get origanal win 98 disk and that wont boot from disk either also tried copied xp sp2 disk still nothing.Although kubuntu unix live cd will boot.
Am trying to log-on to my Windows XP Pro PC, will not allow me to log-on. Says “security log is full and only admin can fix it” i don’t know the admin credentials and am locked-out of my pc. Any help would be great.

I have a Limited Account on my home computer, and I want to do things that require an Administrator Account. I have asked if I can have an Administrator Account, and the answer is no. So, I have to resort to trickery.
How can I bypass the security measures in place? Whether it’s finding out the administrator password, making windows believe I have an administrator account, whatever.
getting a xfx 8600gt xxx video card that has that direct x10 on it, but will running it on windows xp cause any issues, i understand without vista i can’t play direct x10 requred games, but will it even work in my system without vista ?
hope i am not forced to buy an older card just because i dont want vista… thanks in advance for any help ^_^
Hi I am looking for an installable XP Home and
XP Pro CD that includes SP3 already on it – I have no problems paying for it, but want to alleviate adding all the extras when doing a new install every time ! – i believe you can slipstream a copy?
