how do i install network drivers?

i was wondering how i can install the network driver “win_xp_2k3_32″. if you guys don’t know what it is just Google it and it shows up with three files. but there are no .exe files. how do i install the network drivers?
or where can i get network drivers for XP since i formatted my hard drive and all the drivers are gone. how do i find, download, and install them?

   If you installed the network card it came with a CD - the files are on it.

   If you didn’t, go to your computer manufacturer’s site and download the XP driver (drivers for different versions of Windows are different) for that network card.

   If the only driver files you can get are in a win_xp_2k3_32 folder (it’s not a file), go to Device Manager, update the driver and, when Windows givews you the choice, click “Have disk”, navigate to that folder and Windows will find the files it needs.
