We’ve been at this for 2 hours, we can’t find a solution. The computer says we were infected with a zlob.zwy file, but looking into every typical Zlob countermeasure brought up nothing. There’s no exe or dll files in our system that reflect a zlob infection.
The automatic updates don’t respond to editing the information with services.msc. We’ve downloaded online “fixes”, which did nothing. We’ve run the computer in safe mode. We continue to get error 1058 messages.
I can post additional details if necessary. You can also contact me on AIM or MSN through the following addresses:
AIM: Maxx Evolution
MSN: Iwhaiwnfi@hotmail.com
We seriously need help, all of our important billing information, tax information, photos, e-mail and several other important items are on that computer, and we need to keep access to them.

My iPod will crash my win xp computer, giving the blue screen of death with the following error message: “DRIVER_CORRUPTED_MMPOOL”. I had erased the iPod earlier via a friend’s apple computer (I wish Bill Gates was listening) and put back all my songs from my computer on to the iPod. But shortly after that things started again like before. I’m at a loss of what to do short of wiping out my win xp partition and reinstalling win xp. Taking out itunes doesn’t seem to have any effect on stopping the crashes.

I want to connect my mobile 6610 to my PC and then want to use Nokia PC suite. I installed Nokia PC suite but it is not recognizing the cable. So i installed the driver DKU-5 in my PC. My PC runs in Win XP SP2.
But even after installing the driver for this DKU05 cable, it is showing the message “Found new hardware wizard” and i am not able to connect my mobile with my PC. After installing the driver, i have looked into the device manager window. But there is no change there.
Do i need to install someother stuff in order to make it to work?

What would happen if you take a copy of your HDD using Norton Ghost, with Win Xp Pro installed and use it on another PC? I’m gonna buy a new PC in a couple of months but I need an OS: Win XP Pro. Can I buy one now and then when I get the new PC can I format the HDD on the PC i’m using now, and put the copy of the Norton Ghost onto the new one? And the licence off course. Is it illegal? I will still be the original owner of the OS?
I’m not trying to take a copy of my friends or anything like it.
