Where do I find a website to download the drivers for a Dell X14-318 motherboard?

Any information about how to find the drivers needed for a complete reformat of a refurbished Dell computer with Win XP. AND the completely detailed steps about HOW to do the reformat. I have researched it somewhat, & have read many different techniques…which is correct & the safest way??

   Who is the MAKER of the motherboard??
   and what is the model number

   Just find your motherboard, and there should be a link for drivers. Download, install, restart computer, done.
