My Notebook works the win Vista home Premium but i want to install the Win XP Pro
When i try to install winXP my SATA hard drive is not recognized. I have the SATA HDD drivers but there is no flopy on my Notebook and i cant find a way to install the drivers. I press F6 when installation begins but setup sekks for flopy disk to read the sata drivers.

can not afford to buy another pc right now and the guy who fixes my pc is kind of like a mechanic where not completely but to where it has to always need a quick check up But my Pc does not recognize my cd drive or my CDR drive… very, very seldom.. Pc Pit stop is a very good program I thin and they say if I want to take the time to perfect the problems via hardware updates… cool but if I could a new system would be great… sluggish but runs pretty good its over 4 years old. But it’s my past time and Just because I can not afford the 200.00 or 300.00 component. There is another solution correct? Windows up pro
I do not know how to Wipe the hard drive
So any other suggestions

I have problem with outlook express, whenever I am sending/receiving Mali it asking me the user name and password even though I have i did correctly, had this problem earlier with my old PC I corrected with download some setting from Microsoft website but unfortunately I forgot it. Kindly tell me if any one knows about it. Thanks

I can’t install Service Packs in my Windows XP OS. It says my copy of Win XP is pirated.
What is the solution for this?

I was downloading Win XP to my other comp (i have already paid for it once) , since my old computer has ME on it which suck. The thing is when I install it, an error pops up and it says that SetupORG.exe and presetup.cmd could not be copied and setup is aborted…
What the fudge is going wrong here?
Well I downloaded a new version and used the key and it told me i needed to activate within 30 days, I basically just edited the register to make the root of evil (activate crap) go away so I now have a fully working OS.

I have a home video file that can be played in Media Player 11 in Win XP, but when played with Vista with same MP11, it was not giving audio/sound.
Are there any required driver to ahve it played. HP Quick Player is able to do it.

everything was fine when i was in win xp, the problem here is some of sounds dont come up, while playing nba 2k9 commentators voices cannot be heard, and seems a bit odd that the default sounds like alerts i barely hear them., my motherboard is xfx 780i and i installed the driver for realtek from the motherboard installer
what to do? to make my sounds work perfect

I keep tring to download the windows XP service pack 2 and 3 and my computer just wont do it. I tried a Numerous of times and it wont download it. My computer has Windows XP home edition on it. Can anyone tell me where and how I can get it to download?
