I have formatted the vista loaded sony Laptop PCG-7Y2L to load win XP sp2 but I needed drivers,where can I get?audio drivers , net adapter driver and the like.

How do i install win xp home on a dell inspiron 1721, it has vista pre-installed on it. i tried to install xp but it cant detect the HD, assuming i need a raid driver for xp, not exactly sure what driver to look for. Dell’s website only has them for vista. has anyone actually got xp working good on this Laptop?

i have i circuit copied form “http://www.southwest.com.au/~jfuller/sio5.html”. it is an output control interface for the Centronics printer port. it works fine with win 98 but doesnt work with win XP. some say there are security limitations in win XP and there are programs that can bypass it. is it true and where can i find those program.

i wanted to install win xp sp2 on my pc.i have formatted the hard drive,the windows setup begins,everything is done,and then blue screen comes in which windows starts installing,it says 39 minutes remaining,after that it starts installing devices,and in the middle of it when time remaining is 34 minutes the windows setup stops saying that,an error occured ,something like pagead in nonpaged area.and below that it says if u r watching this screen first time then try again,and if u r watching this screen second time there must be a problem with ur hardware or software .and belo that something technical error code comes.please help me

I have a Mac that runs Boot Camp. I recently thanks to some of you, found a more practical program similar to Parallels. I was wondering if there would be any problems with moving my Windows XP to this new place as my Windows XP is currently registered to the Boot Camp. Please Help!

i treid to reinstallation of winxp.i format my hard drive and make new partitions.when i tried to installation after some time”when it says 39 mintues left to isntalled” then errors comes “one of the component that window needs to continue setup could not installed.
the error is data error “cyclic redendacy check”
is there a problrm in the cd or hard disk
hard disk is formatted
i tried with two cds but same error.i don’t know it is a hard disk problem or cd problem help me how can i solve this problem and install win on my pc

I’m asssuming I need to get this before I can run the scan and replace these files right? just a lil impatient wondering if there is anyway to download these elsewhere.

I want to configure my PC to automatically be detecting flash disks like win xp without installing drivers.

I would like to delete windows xp and upgrade. My computer is running slow and I think it has something to do with it being 5 years old. How can I do an upgrade without having to purchase a whole new computer?
