Can i just copy my win xp bootable cd on the pen drive and then i will be able to boot my system from it or i have to any thing else!!!
Well my system is capable in booting from pen drive and i have a 4GB pen drive.
Please mention other ways also.(eg installing from network or any other means.)

I have tried through cd and called up company also but all in vain. Comapny’s technisian say that i have to bring cpu at there service centre. I am looking for an option where I can locate driver myself. If someone can help please let me know.

I have a HP 550 running on Win XP. I installed all my drivers, but the Device Manager is still showing me that Modem Device on H D Audio bus is not installed. The effect, i think, is that when i turn the volume to the maximum it’s not so loud. I have an old noname Laptop running on Win95 that is louder than this. What to do?

I have a new Intel MacMini, that has OSX and dual booted with Windows XP. I Booted it in XP, after following all the instructions from boot camp, and install the Mac Drivers CD that boot camp burned. After it booted to my surprise there was no connection to the internet. The Ethernet card and indeed all the other hardware had not been properly installed and I can’t find how to fix the problem. Here is where you see the simplicity of the mac versus the complexity of the PC. Was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this for me…

I am trying to create a simple home network between a Windows 2000 computer & a Windows XP computer using a crossover cable. I have tried to assign them both to the same workgroup, but to no avail. They just cannot find each other.

I downloaded the windows xp service pack 2 install off microsoft’s website. halfway through the extraction, I get an error message saying File Corrupt. I have tried countless times to re-download or re extract, and it has not fixed the problem.It even works with windows XP service pack 3.

I remember doing this I think on win2k or some other version of windows…I cant figure out how to do this in win xp since I would like to have a background image as the folder background.

I have a 160GB hard drive and a 40GB drive. How can I install Windows ME on the 40GB drive and install Windows XP on the 160GB drive and also have dual boot too?

The NVIDIA setup prog cud not locate any drivers tht are compatible with your current hardware. setup will now exit..i also hav extra 512 mb ram loaded..does this effect ?..wat does it mean ?..hw do i fix it ?.plz help..
