I lost the installation CD (obviously) and I downloaded a setuplic100 of about 1.5 MB from the web, but even though I install the software and according to the setup, also the driver, it still does not work. The software does not find a camera, because Windows does not have a driver installed (win xp). There are no .inf files within the setup, so I cannot install it manually either.
Any ideas?

I’ve gotten it a few times lately. Today I was trying to install some older software (1996) and got this message when clicking on setup.exe.

I’ve tried to install Win XP by using it’s bootable CD, but that doesn’t work. What else can be done to completely remove Linux from my Laptop, which is installed on the whole hard drive.
Please help.
I have two computers: on both of them I can read and write files. I need to transfer data from one to the other. This works all very well with a usb stick… But I don’t like having to plug and unplug these sticks. Can I have a direct usb connection without full admin rights? I’ve tried one but I need to install drivers … but I need admin rights to do this.
Is it possible to connect the two computers with a usb-connection? Why can a read/write/ transfer data between the computers with a usb stick but not directly?
Thanks!
will this work?
