Is there any way to restore my windows xp to its factory settings?? Can someone give me a process or something i can do?

I just got the Sunplus SPCA533 digital camera f’or christmas.I installed the wrong driver by mistake =| When i tried to install the right on it says i already have downloaded a driver.Nothing works and it can’t recorgnize my camera or says it can’t locate a driver.Can anyone tell me what i need to uninstall or what i can do?

I have Windows XP and I seem to get the non-responsive window displayed quite often with the 2 buttons “End Now” or “Cancel”. Why do I keep getting this pop up so often and why is the program not responding so often? I am on Verizon DSL and I live in a major metropolitan area. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
I have noticed that when I’m in Internet Explorer the Google search engine has quit working and I seem to get the non-responsive window displayed. However, the Google search engine does work when I use it through Mozilla Firefox.

The disc that came with the camera would not read. Is there a website that I could download the drivers from?

Inspite of deleting, when i connect the usb again, the virus is still present. This is happening inspite of running avast anti-virus.

I have the USB hook-ups, I have the camera, I have everything I need but the drivers to make this work!

How do I install them, I truly have no clue even what a “driver” is, so How do I go about all of this?

My computer is currently in the middle of a Windows XP install. I cannot finish the install, and I need to erase xp, reformat my computer and start over again. How do I do this?
I absolutely have to erase Windoxs XP off my hard drive and re-install another version.
