How can in convert a Windows xp word processing file to a PDF file?

Everytime I put something in Windows XP Word Processing and try to send it off, no one is able to open it. They keep telling me to convert it to PDF, but how do you do that? Thanks

    Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader - the full program) or Foxit.

    Theres a wonderful piece of freeware at called OpenOffice. It works the same way Microsoft Office does but its completely free and its compatible with all Microsoft Office documents. Once youve downloaded OpenOffice you can open Word files that youve already created and turn them into a pdf file with a single click.

    Its easy as a snap, check it out!

    No matter what word processor you use in XP, you can install a PDF printer. Just select that printer instead of your physical printer to make a PDF file. PDF995 and CutePDF are a couple of free PDF printers.

    use a free program called PDF Creator 0.9.5. it installs itself as a printer. Just click print and then convet.

    There are several ways.

    1/. You can save a Word document to PDF by opening and saving it in Acrobat Professional.
