Everytime I put something in Windows XP Word Processing and try to send it off, no one is able to open it. They keep telling me to convert it to PDF, but how do you do that? Thanks

I know that I have to create 2 partitions one with Windows 7 and the other with Ubuntu. Just want to know how it works and will it display a list of OS to choose from when I boot.

I have 2 admin logins and 1 limited user login on this machine and want to hide the 2nd admin user from the 1st and limited user when accessed in the User Accounts in Control Panel

I want to take the Da vinci screen saver from windows xp media edition and some how put it into windows movie maker and add a soundtrack with it and put it on a dvd…Is this possible and how would i do this?

I deleted World of Warcraft, I attempted to restore my computer to an earlier date, WOW was there but when I tried to open it it said files were missing. Is there anyway around this? I thought windows would restore the deleted files.

Its on, its installed, i have problems with it, I didn’t dual boot it, now, how do i remove it? I had vista on my dell inspiron 1521, and still have the old windows files on the hard drive, but i dont have the original boot disk for vista… is there any way I can get rid of Windows 7 without formatting the hard drive and getting the vista boot disk?

Hi…I installed Windows XP SP2 recently, but the thing is: i am unable to find out the option User Accounts neither With Classic/ Category View in Control Panel. Not only this i am unable to find out Local Users & Group Option in Computer Management window. This window appears once i select Manage option by right clicking My Computer.
Could any body help in this..bcoz i want to add some more users to use XP.

hi, i tried to install HP MIE for windows (i downloaded the image from hp site), but when i boot from the USB driver (on my windows desktop PC) it gets stuck on “Install, target device not found
cheking target device /dev/hda/
checking target device /dev/hdb/
checking target device /dev/sda/
checking target device /dev/sdb”
and it continues doing the same!!
help please! i dont know what to do :S
is there a manual or something?
or maybe i should try installing ubuntu on my pc and then MIE?
help please!

I installed windows 7 on my Laptop, but there is no sound. Does anyone know How I can get it working.
