I went to driver guide…got the Windows XP Home version drivers for the drive…Installed them and still no results…I also changed out the drive for a new one…Same results…The drive still won’t recognize dvd or cd’s…Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated….

I have a Samsung 906BW monitor. I have a VGA and DVI cable connected to my graphics card. Ever since I hooked my DVI cable, Windows XP thinks I am using dual monitors. I have one monitor and want to be able to switch between the DVI and VGA. My monitor has a source button with this capability.
Nevermind I figured out how to do it. In case anybody is wondering – there is a setting in the graphics card for “clone”. You can access this by clicking ADVANCED in DISPLAY PROPERTIES and hitting the tab for your graphics card.

I have an unlocked phone that wont allow me to use my t-mobile presets to download aim and Im having major issues with my desktop client so i cant go that route. Maybe a third party application that I can download using my internet browser??

I am using Windows 7 beta and am using T ata Indicom broadband. My internet is not working after I upgraded. It worked perfectly when using vista. All my internet settings are correct. The server is up and my modem is working fine. Yet I cannot connect to the internet. Is this because of Windows 7? Is my ISP not compatible with the OS? How can I solve this problem? Please help!

And does ordering a computer with a new version of Windows generally cost more when it’s first released? (As compared to the situation with Vista right now, where it usually costs MORE to get the older XP.)
