My mom is having an issue on her work computer when she prints from Word.
She was originally having issues printing from excel, she would get an error when printing more than one copy of something. She updated the printer driver and reinstalled office 97 and that fixed that problem.
Now if she prints from Word, the document doesn’t print, it says “spooling” until she closes Word, she can’t even cancel the print job.
Any suggestions?

i have hp laserjet 1320n LAN printer in my network all pc running win 2k print well while pc running xp dont print but they can ping the printer i have reinstall the driver too.

I can not install a new printer. Device manager shows my LPT port to be fine. I tried downloading and insalling new HP software/drivers and it would’nt do it. How do I start Print Spooler Service in Win XP?

I am trying to install our printer on Win Serv 2003 64bit the clients are Windows XP Pro will not let me share. When I go to the directory to install on a client it says that the incorrect drivers are installed for this version of windows…is there a special driver that is compatible for 64 bit and regular systems?

I have this printer for years but since the release of Win XP the printer cannot be used, as it runs on Windows internal printer system, which XP does not include. It is a great machine to let go.

When I try to install the older LaserJet 6L with my Windows XP machine, I get an error ( NT ) for some reason and I can’t install. I did get the drivers directly from HP.
Any cure??

Im running Xp pro and having trouble finding drivers for my lexmark z515 for xp pro. i downloaded the drivers for xp and xp 2000 but that didnt work. anyone know what i can do to get this printer running?

I have got a driver disk with my printer but it supports Win98! I am using Win XP. Its making problem when I am trying to use it. Maybe because of OS its making problem. So where should I get free driver for Win XP to use my printer? Please help me as early as possible.

i have installed the driver pluged in the cables but it does not print properly it doesnt print the text to which i gave the print command
It keeps on printing useless crap !
