I keep tring to download the windows XP service pack 2 and 3 and my computer just wont do it. I tried a Numerous of times and it wont download it. My computer has Windows XP home edition on it. Can anyone tell me where and how I can get it to download?

My brother lend me his Windows XP service pack cd to use on my computer. He said as long as I put in my own computers code or product key that it would work. Are there any cons to this? And how long does it take to install?
