Using a registry cleaner can clean up your computer and then make your computer faster,Why?the reason is that there may be some regsitry errors and remnant, corrupt files and temp files in your computer to cause "computer slow".
Everytime you install and uninstall software on your computer and surfing online you create junk in the computer registry.over time, the registry can grow to enormous proportions, especially if the various programs you've installed do not do a good job of deleting and/or updating it's Registry entries. You need to scan and clean your computer with registry cleaner to make it fast.Good Regisry Cleaner will improve your computer and Internet performance dramatically!
There are some comparison and review of TOP 5 registry cleaners.
You can download and scan your computer for free.

Right-Click on the printer and select "SHARE" and give it a name so you will recognize it on the other computer.

Go in the Toshiba laptop and go in the printer & fax setup. Select "Add Printer"
It will ask you where the printer is. "Select Network".
It will bring up a Browse menu and click on it. You should see the name of the printer you have just shared.

Click on it and give it a little time to connect to it. It should work first-hand. :)

You need to check the maximum Ram your motherboard will take and then start by upgrading it. (2GB is usually supported by most motherboards and is good for all OSs).
After upgrading the RAM upgrade the HDD, hard disks are really cheap now so get one with 250GB or more.

Finally it is really rare to be able to upgrade a laptop's motherboard.

CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad, AMD Althon 64 X2 or wait for the Phenom II
Ram:G.Skill if you're going to buy from Newegg, Patriot if you're going to buy from places like Bestbuy or something
Video Card: Nvidia GTX 260 or GTX 280 if you can afford them, if not try getting the ATi equivalent, HD4870, or HD4850 Crossfired.
Motherboard:Asus or Gigabyte, P45 Chipset if you're going to buy the ATi. EVGA if you want to use a Nvidia
PSU: Corsair branded one, or PC Power & Cooling. Make sure it's at least 700 or so for a GTX 280, More than 800W for Sli or Crossfire
Hard drive:Any Seagate branded for warranty. They also have a high reliability once they get started.
Everything else, you can decide for yourself.
