My friend’s computer got the Antivirus System Pro bug, and it’s making her internet really slow. I found out how to get rid of it by downloading anti-malware things, but the problem is her internet is so slow that we can’t access internet on her Laptop, so we don’t know how to download the anti-malware… Any ideas?
This is GREATLY appreciated, thank you in advance!

Just wondering what’s the best way to keep the Laptop powered. Since i always use it at home, and i take out the battery when it’s fully charged so it won’t get overcharged or something. So yeah, i usually keep my Laptop powered with just the charger plugged in the Laptop. So is that better than keeping the batteries in and having the charger plugged?

I had to restore my Laptop and forget the malware program I used to have. Can someone tell me what program I can use as an antivirus?

I’m about to start college for engineering, and I still can’t decide what kind of Laptop is best for me. I’ve heard that macs are a no-go for engineers, and I’ve been directed vaguely toward the Dell Latitude, but I still have no clue. Any suggestions?

Price limit is not an option. I mainly concern with WiFI, battery life, if it has Microsoft Word, and Windows XP. I wil be creating lesson plans on it and I am not that great with computers. So I want the Laptop to be reliable and not complicating to set up. I want a Laptop that I can get a lot of good years out of!

I’ll be going to Singapore this coming November 4 for vacation and I’m planning on buying a gaming Laptop. I’d just like to ask what is the best gaming Laptop you can buy at the moment under 4000 SGD. So far I’m thinking of the Asus w90Vn. I’m also considering the Asus w90vp-x1 or the MSI gt725 if they are already available in the market. Thanks.

Its a Mac book pro Laptop 15″, something is causing it to turn off…In order to see the problem. I need to open the data base that is in Mac book pro inside other computer to repair it. I used an USB cable but the computer said that the device did not install. How does this work? And is this possible or does it need an repair technician?
