I now go to the library to get on the Internet because a rogue virus got on our computer and destroyed our entire operating system. It somehow bypassed our Norton antivirus software, and I don’t understand it because I run Live Updates several times a DAY. (I finally decided I was sick and tired of having to spend a fortune on antivirus software, only to have my computer destroyed anyway).

I just got a Windows 7 operating system, and I’m trying to install my PCL-W310 webcam on it, but it’s not working in any way, it keeps asking for a driver, but I cant find it anywhere, can anyone help?
I have searched for manufacturers website, but cannot find it.

The operating system is Vista. Is there any way to make the Laptop tamper proof and still have the TVs showing the powerpoint presentation from the Laptop??

I have vista but can upgrade to windows7. I have microsoft office in my Laptop. So I was wondering would I lose office when I upgrade

I’m planning on using Windows 7 as the operating system for a computer that I have yet to build, so there won’t be any OS to upgrade from. As such, I’ll need to obtain a version of Windows 7 Professional that can do a clean install.

How long will it take before the first Laptop making companies will start using Windows 7 as their operating system, after Windows 7 has been released?

My computer processor is 650 and RAM is 128 I upgraded it from 98 to XP but it is not working properly, how to uninstall win XP and install 98? Only I should buy win 98 CD or anything else? What about other operating system like NT, ME….? Please help me?

I have a intel based mac and I am hoping to use bootcamp on my computer. The only available operating system disk I have is a windows xp with service pack 1. I know it says it requires xp with service pack two butI have heard several stories of it being sucsessful with SP1 anyway. Any info on this? Has anyone done or tried this before?
What do testing users of the Windows 7 BETA operating system think are advantages and disadvantages?

I have downloaded and will probably try the new Microsoft Windows 7 BETA operating system. First I would like to know what current users think. Are there known issues?
